Pillar Assessment

The Pillar Assessment is a deeper diagnostic across the seven pillars of discernment. It produces a profile showing where judgment is strong, where it tends to break down, and which pillars most need practice. Unlike the shorter Self-Assessment, the Pillar Assessment goes wide and deep — enough resolution to surface stress patterns, compound deficiencies, and the specific situations where your judgment is most vulnerable.

How to approach it

Answer honestly rather than aspirationally — the value of the result depends entirely on the honesty of the input. Set aside fifteen to twenty quiet minutes, and treat the assessment as a mirror, not a test. Re-take it every few months to see what has shifted and what still needs attention.

For a shorter starting point, use the Self-Assessment. To explore deeper topics, see Advanced Topics.
